Several magical journeys across the
almost endless plains of Patagonia have been for me both a spiritual and
a metaphysical experience. In this engraved wood panel, I have ventured
more than I usually do into the realm of paint and brush. The figures
resting in the center are actually incised, but I did not find the use
of much engraving appropriate in the soft and gentle serene fields so
typical of Patagonia.
